I wish I could give a five star, Vicente as a masseuse is good, he understands the body and has strong hands for a therapeutic massage.nnHowever as far as business relations, it was a total disappointment. I found out that my my pass has expired a month before when I tried to make an appointment for 2 hours. The girl on the phone said, not to worry I'll work it out with Vicente when I get there.nnWhen I got there, Vicente said, the pass is expired and I would lose the last 3 hours on the pass but he can make an exception and charge me an additional 25 euros for the massage. I told him, I actually only had 2 hours left, because he forgot to mark out my third one, if he marked it out he would have seen that my pass was expiring in a month, but he didn't.nnAfter 14 minutes of going back and forth, with explaining to him I was not aware of the policy, I never had the pass in my hands to see the expiration date and also I was not able to make appointments for 2 consecutive hours in the past few months.nnI asked him that given the circumstances, to make an exception but he felt committed to his store policy, in the end he finally ended up charging 10 extra euros instead of 25. Have I known that he was going to charge, I would have rather lost the pass.nnThe back and forth discussion caused a general bad feeling, made me stressed out, and was not a good state of mind to go into a massage.nnThe business partner lady who was there jumped him attacking, was super unprofessional.nnIn conclusion, to be fair with the clients, they either need to hold on to the pass or they need to be notified a month before the pass expiresnnMassage session should be the full hour, every time I went he finished the massage a few minutes before the time was up.nnIt's unfortunate, he earned 10 euros, held on to his business policy but I will not go back or be able to recommend him.
