Very good service. Fast. The location is easy to access by car, maybe not that easy walking, but is not far from Chamartin station.

We will continue using this hire company - good cars, good service and reasonable price for full coverage. Suggestion: the app works okay except it doesn't allow you to modify dates, you have to cancel existing booking and then make a new booking, and this seems to create duplicate bookings on their system.

A full-blown robbery. Although the cars are very new and very good, in the end you get financial surprises. The same day that I rented the car, I wanted to extend the delivery time, not being possible, even so, I informed Esther (the person who attends the counter) of how much the fine would be in the case of delivering the car late. I was told that the fine would be between € 40 and € 50 per day. I took note of the information given with Esther in front of me and I indicated that, being that the rate, I would return the car on the day of delivery but in the afternoon (not in the morning). Now 5 days after the car was delivered they charge me € 124.99 !!!!! I call to make a claim and the only answer they give me is that the system is the one that charges, not them! WATCH OUT! all the information they give you on this site is probably wrong. A COMPANY TO NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Not recommendable. Scammers After delivering the vehicle they charge you € 60 for cleaning. They do not inform you of anything in the collection and delivery of the vehicle. Do not contract and less with the offer of Mutua Madrileña, since they are the same scam conditions that they have in Centauro. I have rented from several companies and would never repeat this one.
