Visited together with a Spanish-speaking friend for translation. End of August 2017, Tuesday, 9 am. My matters, related to IBI, were solved quickly and professionally. The building itself is modern, transparent and very well kept. I felt respected and valued.

We have a beautiful and spacious City Hall, with many services.nIt is true that in times of tourism, it can be somewhat overwhelmed, but in general, I have no complaints about the waiting time.nSalou can go from about 40,000 inhabitants to more than 120,000 in a matter of weeks. That's not booger!nOfficials are, as anywhere else, more or less efficient, but in general, they give a worthy service to those of us who go to the Town Hall for any of the hundreds of services they provide.nFor the most unhappy, everything can be improved, but it is a good town hall.
