No car given and had to rent elsewhere in the last minute. The office is nowhere indicated in the large shopping centre (and google maps points at the middle of a parking lot where the office is obviously not located), the address in the rental contract is imprecise, there is no signage whatsoever indicating the office, they don't pick up the phone in office hours (so that they could tell you where the office is located), and they don't give the courtesy time of arrival of even 5 minutes (it's usually 30 minutes elsewhere). Inconvenient to arrive by public transport. I ended up renting in Sixt, further 40 minutes away by bus (such travel is additional stress, given the current pandemic): same price in the last minute, better car and good service.nI was at Hertz Garbera another day to ask for a refund, had to wait for another 20 mins in the queue and was simply given an email address and phone. The phone doesn't work. I'll be lucky if customer service replies my email.nWon't rent there again. Would give zero stars if possible

Note that this location is literally a small portakabin in the middle of a car park of a shopping mall so it might be wise to call head if you're planning on coming during odd hours. The lady at the counter was very helpful though (and thankfully spoke perfect English!) despite being overwhelmed with customers that day.

Not helpful, the service personal was just on there phones for 10min before looking up seeing that I was there waiting and kept on there phones

Very very bad. Working hours are too limited and there is always a huge queue. We have to wait to rent already booked car for apprx. 1 hour and the personnell were unfriendly and feckless at all, such a bad place where you don't want to come back in any case. Visited 19.05.2017.

The lady working the counter when I picked up the car was neither friendly nor helpful, and they put a €600 hold on my credit card for a €50 rental. The reservation process through a third party website was easy, but once I started dealing with Hertz/Dollar it was an unpleasant experience.
