A laughably bad scam. They offer low prices but then at the airport offer an insurance package for exorbitantly more fees. If the insurance is not taken, a deposit of €1000 is required. Their system then declines the credit card so that you have no choice but to pay the far higher price. Very amusing as it's then easy to just move over and make a rental for a slightly higher cost but far better service at any of the adjacent rental companies.

The experience to rent car here was really smooth and they had my car ready. I had no problems and my car rental price was very cheap and the same like the one i made a reservation

THEIVES. I booked a car from Barcelona Airport October 17th -25th October 2020 as I was visiting my family for the first time that year, I booked the car through the DoYouSpain website and unsurprisingly given the circumstance got a very good deal. when I went to collect the car I handed over my credit card expecting them to take the deposit for the excess but was told I was being charged almost 300Euro for 'insurance', when I said that insurance was included and I didn't choose to pay extra for the fully comp the staff member sneered and said 'you don't think we're going to let you take a car for what you paid do you?'nI pointed out that myself and my husband had booked cars on many occasion and knew the deal re: insurance excess. I was treated with absolute contempt and did not take the car I had paid for, instead having to wait for a relative to come and collect me. Sadly it is not possible to give zero stars as that is more then they deserve. Disgusted. I would have posted a review sooner but other issues have taken priority.

Terrible. After renting a car for 25 days I had two scarfs in the car, barely perceptable from the eye, and for sure not representing any reduction in their rental price for next customers. They charged me extra 450 euros! They advertise themselves as low cost but it's a scam!
