Yesterday (Friday) I booked a car for Sunday, and they put me on confirmation waiting (charging me all the rent money). At 12 this morning I still did not know anything, no email or confirmation on the page. I called directly the provider who answered that yesterday he had rejected the reservation (agreed model and time of reservation).nI sent an email asking for explanations and they answered me apologetically and they offered me another car with another company.nI answer with 2 emails asked if with the same conditions it is ok.nIt's been more than 2 hours and I still do not know if I can travel tomorrow or not. The new supplier company evidently has no reservation in my name.nNever

I have always rented cars with BCO for many years and at the best prices. I have never had any problem with them. On the contrary, if I have had problems with some rentacar with those who work, they have solved the problem for me.

Nefarious experience and zero customer service. He had rented with them a car at the Malaga airport with the company Delpaso. When arriving at the rental site (Delpaso) they tell me that the reservation has to be in the name of the person who is going to drive and who comes by plane, that is, my mother who is in a wheelchair and can not drive. I tell the boy that the person who is going to drive is not the one who comes on the flight and then he tells me that he does not rent the car. The company in question is outside the airport and we were lying outside the airport and without a car. We have called more than 15 times to the two numbers of BCO, including a 902 and they have not caught us at all, despite being in their customer service hours. Never again will I rent with them ... nor with Delpaso
