Everything was fine except the lady who took back the car when we returned it. She seemed annoyed by her job in general and was not exactly nice when I asked for the invoice (although there was nobody else waiting and it is actually my right to receive the invoice for the service I paid for). Fortunately, the other lady (the same for booking and then giving us the car) was very very nice and helpful! :) The friendly lady is called Cintia.
Good quality, very professional and nice manager. No problems with return procedure (late in the evening)
Nice, fast and friendly. P.S.: Office is situated on the other side of the building, not as marked on the Maps.
The quality of service and personalized attention at the locations I used was exemplary. The cars are always clean and low km. on the clock. The prices are competitive, perhaps a little higher than some other agencies, but I always believe that you get what you pay for. Definitely will continue to use SIXT for future rentals when able.
