Bad bad bad experiense with this car rentel . Disrespect personel . I Booked a car 1 month before i pay on the first day of booking so when i arrived there the personal told me ohh we dnt have this car 'audi A5 cabrio, we never had this car she told me i know u payed already but at this movement we dnt have any other car so wait i waited like 3 hours then she say come tommarow i booked hotel in murcia . Next morning i came back she offer me seat abiza and i also have to pay more 155 euro extra with no another option . 🤬

We were renting a car from Alicante to Madrid (416km). After paying for what seemed was a nice reservation, I specifically asked if everything is paid for. She told me that there were no more fees at all. That we would recieve the deposit on arrival, if that we would leave the gas full like we got it. However, she never told us there was any fee for mileage, which of course they demanded when we arrived. When we refused to pay it they simply took it from the deposit. Alamo are doing unfaithful business

WE MADE THE PAYMENT AND FOR NOT BEING THE SAME PERSON WHO DRIVED THEY DID NOT GIVE US THE CAR, WE ARE MAKING THE CANCELLATION FOR THE RETURN OF THE MONEY AND NEITHER FOR THE MOMENT. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM OF THE EMPLOYEE YOU PAY THE CAR FOR DAYS EXCEPT OTHER THINGS, RIDICULOUS. I HOPE THE EMPLOYEE THAT THEY HAVE NEW IS BETTER AND MORE ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS BECAUSE NOT ONE HAIR MOVED.

Very bad, I've never had as much road with a car guess as now, they have a car for me that is broken in 2 weeks, and now I need a car and they don't give me a solution. So stay away from Alamo Rent A Car in Alicante

100% recommended. I booked online, when picking up any problem, on the contrary, I had booked a vehicle and for not having it they gave me a superior one for the same price. No hidden charges, easy delivery and deposit of the deposit returned the same day. The attention of the girls very good too. Perfect!
