Nice friendly staff, thank you
I made a really bad experience with the service of enterprise in Alicante. One of their employees is really unfriendly. She should not work in the service sector actually. We had some deposit issues and she didn't even tried to be helpful. When we picked up the car with her we had a higher price and deposit to pay than at another time for the same car. At least the other time with another person we had a better service much more friendly, faster and as a result a better day then the time before when the unfriendly lady made us 1,5h until we could finally pick up the car.
Be aware of the the price they tell you a price and them they charge another at your card, you claim, and nothing. They just rip you off, it is better to find a car somewhere.

Got an awesome spacious (and yes, s-o-o-o-o beautiful) 14 m3 van for my company's urgent deliveries today. Very affordable rates, polite staff, great vehicles in perfect conditions. Maria provided all details about rates and terms and was really helpful before I got there and when I was there. Alejandro showed the van and provided some useful info about it. Thanks to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car team, I appreciate your help. Will definitely me back! Totally recommended.
