The customer service from Paquito is of low quality, I have reason to have used Hertz and others, after agreeing on a delivery time they do not answer the phone and you have to guess where to return the vehicle since there is no tracking of client or proper return protocol you should call other branches such as Elda where they speak to you in an unsightly way, as in the same point of Villena they are disrespectful they do not look you in the face when they speak to you, they chat in front of you, they make other calls they withdraw and other rude facts
It also says that it opens on Saturdays and is closed that is advertising and deceiving the consumer
I recommend customer service training !!!
