They say the office opens at 13:00. Call 2 hours before 1:00 pm to let them know you were in a hurry and please be on time. When I arrived at 1:00 pm there was no one, I call the other office and they tell me that now the girl is coming ... here I am still waiting for the girl to arrive 15 minutes later. If a company has a schedule it has to be met, making customers waste their time because of bad management is unacceptable.

We rented a car for 11 days and picked up 1400. The counter girl told us to return and had problem stopping before 1600 to the day when we played it back and between those hours the officiating was closed. Around 1400 arrived at Denia who had given us plenty of time to return without penalty, but as the girl told us that, we went to the hotel and quietly left the car to 1505. To our surprise, seeing the position of the car we had finally taken a day more. We went reclaim the main office and they told us they would return, we had only to write an email to the central Avis. We have already written two mails and no one has responded to us and has given us the extra day. A shame company, I will not re-rent to them anymore. Above overpriced, over 700 euros for a week car ...
