Recommend. A good option for self moving to or from Spain. Run by good honest people. I had a new van in excellent condition. They helped me both ends to load and unload my motorcycle and provided the ramps. Highly recommended. Thanks

Very happy with the service and especially the van. They're quite new with European satnav and parking sensors. Great to drive, thanks to the UK and Spain based workers, very helpful.

Ken's attention was correct and cordial but upon arriving in Spain, the treatment received by Roy was despicable, racist, very rude and did not even speak Spanish. They assured us that we had insurance and then the franchise was 1200 euros. They tried to charge us an extra day when we had expressly asked them the day before when we could return the van. They made us pay for a repair that we do not agree with and that cost more than the van rental itself. Better make sure before hiring what you sign. The normal thing is that the insurance is at full risk in these companies. In summary, the trip came out through one eye of the face, instead of saving money, we spent much more than double what we had planned.

We rented a van with J Hire to move from the UK and the experience, honestly, could not be worse. The treatment received in the United Kingdom was correct, without more, and from then on everything was regretting not having hired another company (any other would have been better). Lack of communication between the partners, or between the central office and its employees in Spain, lack of courtesy, attempted fraud, threats, poor flexibility and little, very little professionalism. We were already arriving in Jacarilla when the associate of Spain already wanted to make us pay another day (around £ 140) for not delivering the van at a certain time, when after communicating it to the English headquarters there was no specific delivery time. After arriving when they told us, we had to wait for about an hour and, on appearing, in addition to not being able to communicate in Spanish they received us by treating us rudely and with racist allusions. Not everything ended there, and for having damaged the van forced us to pay, with threats, an exorbitant amount (much more than the car rental itself during those days), an amount that finally proved, in addition, inaccurate, much greater than Actually we had to pay. I do not know if there is the option to zero stars. I would definitely do it.
