Excellent, very friendly, fast and flexible service
Very friendly staff, easy to understand parking directions, possibility to return the car outside business hours. I was even given a car with automatic transmission although ordered the manual one, for the same price. I was a bit confused how to get to the desk - it is located in the hotel directly, so don't go to the parking or elsewhere.
Waited for 30 minutes to be served at the counter after pre-booking a car. We had ordered an SUV and got offered an "upgraded" saloon because all the similar vehicles had been taken.
Our luggage wouldn't fit in the saloon, so we had to pay for an upgrade tbecause all other vehicles were booked and the other outlets had no similar models available.
We then received a list of damages in Spanish (not English) and received a list of new damages that we had done to the vehicle (we had done no damage) upon return of the car.
Avoid this place.
