Impossible to communicate by telephone (nobody attends) or to look for clear and detailed information of how the service works in general, the little information that there is is badly diagrammed and in different languages. Very good idea of service but very bad execution of it.
I have used it while I was in Barcelona and I love it because I can leave my bike and wallet safely stored while I am in the Forum. I would like there to be more all over the city to leave things there while I run errands or party in other neighborhoods and not just in that one.
