I rented a car here for a 5 day road trip to Southern France. No problem at all, very happy with the car, the service and overall experience. Will definitely rent here again. A few points to consider : 1) If you drive out of Spain, they charge an additional fee per day. 2) Returning after 7:00pm is easy (their front office closes at 7:00pm). Just park the car across the street and drop the key into their mail box. I was a bit skeptical at first but everything went smoothly. They even called me the next morning and tell me that they have gotten the car back and everything is fine. 3) No problem communicating with English I am not sure the rate was the cheapest, but for my case, I looked at a few equivalent rental companies and the rates are very similar.

Booked small car but when I went there they did’t had small so affected me a big car with automatic and this was the first time I drove an automatic car fun to drive and the car was fun and smooth to drive.I definitely will book again

I was unable to pick up the car because staff was incompetent to accept my Ukrainian driving license. This driving license was issued according to Vienna Convention and is accepted in Spain where the car rental was required. Also Spain and Ukraine do have agreement of accepting driving licences so it was valid and legit DL but the relatively young guy with a lack of experience declined it and refused to give a car reserved. Just would like to note that i have previously used this company a year ago with the same driving license to get a car without any issues. It was in a larger office at Sants Train Station, BCN with a more trained staff. Also i travelled to Sants Train Station, BCN the same day where i successfully made a different reservation and picked up the car with my DL without any issues. I was forced to overpay for it and the only car remained was extra large truck instead of Audi A3 which i required. I was a late for a flight to pick up a person so i was forced to accept it.
