This review highlights both positives and negatives from our experience. We decided with my wife to rent a car to get to know Sabadell and its surroundings. We are foreigners so we look for a suitable price. In the search of Google this site came up with affordable prices. These prices are set in a deceptive way to attract customers. The site clearly says 'From 13.97 euros per day', which is true if one does not pay insurance and also a deposit of 1000 euros is deposited as an advance (not mentioned on the site, and if they do it is discreetly disguised). The website when we asked it to calculate costs, it did so based on the price mentioned. However, when we are going to rent the cost is 37.50 per day plus a 100 euro guarantee deposit. And they also GIVEN US A PRICE because it was more expensive. That is, close to three times what is indicated and we must be grateful for their services, because 'they made us a price'. We find out this when we go to rent the car in person. We think it is a dishonest way to attract customers. We assume that it is a common practice and in our opinion, unfair. The car we rented was in excellent condition and very modern. We have no complaints about it. The employee who attended us (Andrea) gave us the car and completely ignored it. We ask you for clarification about the car, because as we indicated, we are foreigners and we had not driven a car of these characteristics, no matter how good it looked. He explained some details above and withdrew. It was our responsibility to guess the rest of the functionalities (that it had a sliding roof, that the ignition system is non-contact, understand how the reverse gear works (which may be obvious, but was NOT explained, we have driven several cars and each one works differently), and several other aspects (navigation system, trunk operation, cameras, etc.). When we delivered the car, we asked them if they could fill the car with gasoline, because we did not know how to do it and that we would pay the difference. We had to do it ourselves and bother to take the car to the station and learn a system that we were completely unfamiliar with, to rent a car only once. Again, Andrea lacked management skills. This was not a sale: we made a purchase, with a complete lack of the basics of serving a customer. For a company that has been in business for 40 years, they are leaving their own image in the hands of inexperienced people.

Good car, good prices! I asked for the franchise insurance option and it was granted. The girl who attended me is very kind! And it should be noted that he has impressive eyes! I will repeat, I do not know if for the good prices, or for seeing your eyes again!

For almost two months I have been using it and the staff has been available at all times to discuss any topic, assess other mobility options and solve any problems that arise (in my case not one!)
