We have gone to ask for a quote for a couple of vans, we were well attended, they agreed to send us a quote or call us, 2 weeks have passed and not a call or email. Very little interest to customers. They have tried to scam me as to the origin of the vehicle. I asked several times and they told me that the vehicle came from SEAT management (I even have it written by whatsapp of the commercial, Mrs. Mónica Valenzuela Cañas). Once the payment and signal were made when requesting the technical sheet, it turned out to be an ASC vehicle (rental without driver) that came from a fleet. For more scorn, the one who claims to be the manager of Ondinauto Barberà del Vallès, Mr. Jaume Lora says as is: "If I don't tell you nothing, you won't find out, because on the technical file he doesn't put anything!" Mrs. Valenzuela for her part, once everything was discovered, tells me that she had not given importance to the fact that the vehicle came from "management with respect to a rental vehicle ..." to my way of seeing that I must be very special and little understood on the subject, there are small differences such as: - That a vehicle has been able to pass through 300 hands. - Use and treatment. - Maintenance. - The ITV that until recently was at 2 years old. - Appraised value and a long [...] Hence the insistence on lying and hiding that information, until the client, after much insistence, discovers the network.
