At the airport desk: Added unnecessary services without asking, ignored the prepaid rentalcars reservation and double charged for CDW + Airport surcharge resulting in 300 euros of extra charge. Failed to provide contract copy, invoice or receipt during and after the booking. My mistake of not reading into the contract details. Your mistake if you deal with scammers.

We took a deposit for gasoline and for two weeks now we handed over the car, but did not return the money !!!!

BARCELONA SANTS. Tip: DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU FEEL SCAMED. BE CAREFUL with the OPTIONAL EXTRAS REQUESTED, that's when they increase the rental price without you noticing. If you come from another website where you have already paid a low price for the services, when you pick up the car at the office they will make you sign the contract without just explaining the breakdowns and signing for something you did not want, since the information is I was confused and particularly touched by an employee who barely vocalized and could not understand anything when speaking. Their sales strategy: no information about the rental conditions, what they give is confusing, the answers they give to your questions about the contracted services are ambiguous and in the end you will pay more than in a prestigious company.
