My experience was as follows: first I asked for a quote online and when I asked for information by phone, they were upset and they spoke badly to my wife. Finally we rented with them in the office because it was the best price (although more expensive than online) and despite giving us a price in the morning and raising it in the afternoon. After the months I get a charge for managing a fine generated during the rental. Not the charge is the fine. € 42 for notifying me that I had been fined. Neither resource nor anything. € 42 for letting me know. Amazing. Total if you want a good price is a good option ... as long as nothing happens to you.
