I do not put -5 stars because it does not leave. One week the reserved van. They make us wait 40 min. They clearly didn't have the van. At the counter it makes me believe that my credit card does not work, when it works correctly. I propose to pay with my partner's and he tells me that it has to be with the name of the reservation. I tell him to make a new reservation and he tells me that the van is not available, are you kidding? If I don't take it, I will be available, I say ... And the only option it gives me is a folding car that, by chance, can be paid with another card. A lack of respect and a shame. Never more. All morning wasted. Professionalism 0

they are without shame !! I make the reservation online and ask that they come and pick me up at the hotel and take me later. At the time of delivering the car they tell me that it is not covered, that it does not put anything. I tell them that the other 5 times that I have rented with them they have always taken me and without problems. They tell me that the boy is out and that I will have to wait 30 min. I wait and after 45 minutes I ask and they tell me that the boy has gone to the airport and that no one can take me. I ask for explanations but with that I stay, almost an hour wasted and in the end having to take a taxi. Bad service and bad replies from the office staff.
