Very correct attention. I rented a van that was disinfected. Apparently the poor van had a bad time because it was beaten and scratched on the outside. But that's not the company's fault.
What if it seemed weird to me was that there is no one when I went to return it. There was a sign saying they were coming back in a while.
I waited a while and no one came. I called the phone on the sign and was told I would be back in 15 min. It was at least curious.
I am a regular customer of the company and due to vehicle availability I go to the Cornellà office. I am delighted with the treatment I receive, you feel comfortable. Continue like this
