The company did not return the deposit for a long time and ignored messages and calls. I must note that I returned the car with a flat tire, but the return of the deposit exceeded the agreed deadlines. Everything else was good. I am changing my review because the company returned the money and apologized.

Be careful, don't share your card information with them, especially if you are a visitor not residence in Spain. I was in a business trip to Barcelona, I've rented a car for few days and paid in full via my credit card, after 2 months time I received a deduction on same credit card with an amount of 70 euro under their name, despite my mails, what's app and calls to ask them to verify and justify, they never reply to me and they ignored all my attempts to reach them, they are very bad in terms of customer service, very bad response, not helpful at all. My advise to look for another agency if you want to be in safe side or refrain to give any card information, my case is genuine and I have all proofs such as mails and what' app messages and available up on legal request. The whole transaction already blocked and terminated as fraud, however you can still reach me at my details if you really want to apologize and fix the issue, or if you have a justification.

Second time we hired with this company and, as always, excellent service! Both my partner and I are delighted. We had no problems during the trip. The car seemed new to how clean it was.
