CHEATED. I AM CARRYING YOU BEFORE THE COURTS.
They claim expenses over € 500 for a hit not given. To older than it was not the car that touched us, we had rented a fiat 500, to pick it up at 9:30 in the morning. We called at 9:00 to say we were a little late and they told us there was no problem. We arrived at the site and the boy who is rented the 500 and tells us that we have to pay for a POLO € 12 more ... and even above they give it to us with a blow from the right side (they only had marked the left, which nothing was seen in the car) ... Anyway ... after writing, complaints to the parking lot so that they give us the recordings so that the blow can be seen ,,, they don't solve anything at all.
Conclusion, they are denounced. No one was at the delivery of the car or at the reception.
A fraud. I do not recommend it.
