I went to buy a car and they didn't attend me properly. They hurry on show me the car I was interested and they even didn't give me the price. They told me to contact them at the beginning of the month to get the price. I have tried to contact them several times but I nobody is answering the phone.

Our experience has been totally positive. We came from a premium brand and we weren't happy with the way they treated us. The 5008 fully meets our expectations of quality, consumption and reliability. We are very grateful to the person who cared for us (Yolanda Rodríguez), who gave us valuable advice to make the right choice. Buying or repairing a car in times of pandemic is not easy for anyone. We complied with all protocols during the sale and delivery of the vehicle. The delivery time was what was said on the first day. In principle we will repeat brand, store and commercial for future vehicles. From here, I would ask the people in charge of this store to maintain this commercial excellence and extend it to all the departments, after sales and workshop, which are very important and, without a doubt, the ones that help the most customer loyalty.

My experience at PSA Retail in Badal 81 Barcelona, left me with a good and beautiful memory. Not every day we can afford to buy a car. And this combined with the great kindness and professionalism of Mr. Raúl Carbó of the commercial sales department, causes a wonderful feeling. Confined by the issue of COVID-19. He has been able to track and assist throughout the purchase process. I take a good car and a friend to PSA Retail Badal 81. The word is thank you !!!. P The only thing he couldn't do because of the pandemic was give him a hug. And if I have to choose one word to sum it all up, thank you !!!!
