Excellent service, perfect prices, and super comfortable cars (we took Mercedes B-class in condition like new with auto transmission). GPS and baby chair were included in the price. Thank you!
It was our first time renting a car. We have rented the Kia XCeed for a few days to visit a relative.
The Kia was in good shape and it was a pleasure to drive. The deposit is returned to us within 24 hours after returning the car. They have given us the snow chains at no additional cost.
The customer service in general was quite good, I just felt a little "pressured" to lower the franchise by paying an additional cost.
The rental with Quadis Rent a car was excellent. The Mercedes V220d vehicle was perfect and almost new and the service offered by the company and its workers perfect. We will definitely rent with this company again.
