WIFICAR Rent a Car

STAY AWAY. Scammers. They quote a very low price and then lie about the car not being returned with a full tank, that the car was returned a day late, for extra kilometers.... But the absolute worst was the person who is supposed to get your car and enter your information cannot speak Spanish nor English, cannot use a computer, cannot use a credit card machine, cannot READ (he asked if my passport number was the text at the bottom of the photo page. They weren't even numbers!! He thought my last name on my license was the country, just for starters.) He had to ask a guy from the neighboring company to show him how to use the credit card machine because I swear he could not read. He entered dates in the system backwards so they were rejected and he couldn't understand why. He erased everything after spending 40 minutes entering all of it. I finally entered all my own data (in 3 minutes) and the system accepted everything. This is after one hour of unbelievable bumbling. The final straw however was when he threatened to rip up our contract after wasting an hour and 15 minutes of our time. We were late because of this delay, and said we would need to keep the car longer on the final day because of this delay (we missed a meeting with people). We told him as much and my partner justifiably became angry when he told us he would charge us an extra day, when the reason we would need it was the fault of the person at the counter! This guy started yelling and threatening to tear the contract in half right there! I had to step in and calm him down and agree that we would pay something additional if we returned it late but not a full day. We were charged anyway, There is more: We called three times on the way to return the car. This same man as above answered every time and told us there was no problem returning the car after 9:30PM, that he would be there. At 9:45, we called a gain because we were filing the car with fuel and would be a few mins late. He said no worries, he would be there until 10:30. We arrived at 10.05 and there was no one there. It took us 25 minutes to get hold of someone to ask what to do with the car, where to leave it, where to leave the keys, etc. We did everything as instructed. My fuel deposit of 119 euros (!!!) was never returned and I was charged an extra day. I was also charged an exhorbitant price for 99 extra kilometers than the allowed 300. I spent one week on the phone with someone in the company who made me promises and asked for an account to deposit the extra day charge into. I was then told after one week that the car was NOT returned with a full tank!! Which it was. I finally disputed all the charges with my credit card company.

Stay AWAY from this thieves!!! No respect, hidden prices everywhere! You will pay more once you are there yes or yes... this is how they work...

They have received the bail and they do not want to return it to us. They pass the brown one to another and there is no one to solve us, not even a clear answer. We've been like this for two months. IMPRESENTABLE.

Professional zero! Order one car, you get another, there is never anyone to hand over the car, don't trust it! Get away from there!

the pity is that I had not seen the comments before renting with them, I am a scam more that they have taken € 1100 between rent and bail and you return 0 €, they pass the ball to each other waiting for you to desist to demand your money back. another company scam more.
