A brunch of crooks and criminals. Doing everything in their power to scam you for extra insurance. Ordered a vehicle online with my credit card but under my wife's name. When we went to pick up the car, suddenly my card wasn't good enough anymore, because the driver's name did not correspond with the name on the credit card. Taking the public transport will give you more comfort and enjoyment than renting anything of these motors. Stay a mile clear!

A car itself is good. Service unfortunatelly is far from beeing honest. They charge for gas at the begining (charge, not block on credit card) then on return the refund does not cover expands. There is no detailed invoice so i have no clue where they charged me additional 13 euro which i lost on this location. There is no email contact to them on website to get the explanation. I don't recommend Goldcar on this particular reason.

DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. Worst car rental company every. Giving you an already fully scratched car (They gave me a car with 10+ existing big scratches) and cheating with charging after already existing scratches, or selling their ridiculously expensive insurrance. Check also lots of negative fb comments.

1.5h waiting to get the car. I think they're making the cars not renting them ;) Fortunately a hassle free return.. UPDATE: I was just charged 100€ for damaged wheels which I did not damage - car was inspected upon return and was confirmed in writing to be damage free.

CHEAT ! ! ! ! This is the worst company I've ever used. Just stole 300 euros from my credit card for fake damage -" Check-In Wheel rim" of Fiat Panda !!! I can not believe that exist such disloyal company and they still work!!! We picked up the car from Castellon airport
