Terrible attention from the lady who is in the office, my insurance arranged for me to collect a vehicle after an accident, the person at the office called me in very bad ways demanding that if I was not going to pick up the car in 5 minutes I would cancel the reservation, despite showing up at the office he quickly did not provide me with the vehicle, because I had already canceled the reservation. Of course I have made a claim for the treatment received.

Terrible experience, it is a pity that it is the only place to rent a car in Cuenca. When he gave us the car, he told me that the car had no water, to go to a fountain and fill the tank. Also shortly after leaving Cuenca with the car, a message came out in the car saying that if we did not add a liquid, the car would not start ... It is incredible that they do not give the car a revised one. After delivering the car, my partner goes for the deposit and the office is closed during business hours. He calls the worker and tells her to come over the next day from 9 to 11, that the time is when she says and hangs up on him. Not to repeat.

The service in Cuenca is not good. With the vehicle itself we had no problem. We had a problem with the connection when making the reservation and two reservations were generated. When we went to pick up the vehicle, we commented on the problem we had and the worker looked at it and said: "There is no problem, it is solved, only one of them becomes effective." Our surprise is that after two weeks we saw that if the second reservation had been charged and when calling and talking with the same person who answered us, he said: "I don't remember that, they have to call customer service." Of course, with no intention of helping. You do not remember? Aiiiii bonico, what you are is a smart one!

The service is appalling. The uncle is wearing a permanent "I'll be back in 10 minutes" sign; You have to call him to come. They gave us a smaller car than the agreed one and the uncle wanted us to go look for him in a parking lot just knowing the brand and the model.
