It is the worst Europcar ever. The person a man and he is awful not helping at all. He didn't even check for us other possibilities or agencies to rent a car. It's the worst service of Spain.

Europcar office in Manresa, don't even think about renting anything, they are scammers, I rent a van for a day and they set me a price of 45.97 euros, my surprise when checking my checking account is that 101 euros have been charged, I go to the office to complain and they tell me that I have done 425 km, I tell them that it is not true that at most I have done 150 km, and they tell me that they will pay me the difference, my surprise is even greater when I check my checking account and they have charged me Again 101 euros and part they charge me 80 euros more, in total they have charged me for renting a van one day 282 euros, if you do not want to have problems do not rent here
