Worst experience in my 15 years of traveling abroad. I would avoid at all costa using this company. The employee at this location is extremely rude and unhelpful. We couldn’t believe how rude he was. The first day of our trip was basically ruined by this experience. I would recommend ANY other company. It’s sad to see how companies hire incompetent people and let them treat their clients that way. Avoid at all costs.

One of lime and one of sand. I have rented twice in two different weeks and despite the same rate I have not been assigned the same type of vehicle. Nothing happens. What is different is that as a difference from one week to another is that they gave me a car without cleaning? OTA tickets, crumbs ... If it makes strange noises, the car does not give any confidence.

I have rented an audi q2 for 2 days. The man who attended me was very friendly and was very happy until the moment of delivery. When I asked him about the rental price, he gave me a price and when I return the car I am surprised that the price he has given me is without VAT. When I ask what it will cost me, I want to know the final price. What I will have to pay. What they have done to me has struck me as a pig. And I have felt cheated. Regarding gasoline, it is a rental that is full full mode. x which IS SUPPOSED to give you a full tank and deliver it full. And I put it SUPPOSED to HAVE. Xq I set the odometer to 0 and I have done 77 kilometers and when filling the tank more than 17 liters have entered it. A consumption of about 22 liters per 100. So I do not know what gives me that the tank was not really full. When I told the man what happened, he made me look like I care. According to him, all the cars are checked on delivery so it was fine. But he has seen the gas ticket and the kilometers are verified with the contract. And he has given me the reason, that something did not fit, but without giving me a solution. Well nothing, Avis cheats me and I get annoyed.
