At the end of the time amounts are charged to the card that you have left as a guarantee without any justification or explanation. When you call them they always move you to another department and in the end it's up to you to stick with your bank so that the insurance of the money. Of course, these scoundrels are left with the one they have charged you without justification
They are scammers. We waited 3 hours for a vehicle, some economic compensation conditions were agreed as well as gasoline, and then these conditions were not fulfilled, claiming that I had exceeded the 300km limit when I did a total of 291.7 km. In short, very bad treatment and they do not keep the word.
Without a doubt, I will not have the services of this company again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

THEY ARE THIEVES ATTENTION!
The garage gave me a replacement car from that company. They forced me to give my card details as a "Guarantee". I left the car in perfect condition and with the level of gasoline; They told me everything was ok and they didn't charge me anything.
Today three months later they charge me 60 euros on the card and I can't get them to listen to me
I had to leave the car outside since it was Sunday. I made a video in case anything happens before they evaluate it. Then I put the keys in the mailbox.
