Returned our rental here after hours but within the same day of receiving the rental in another city. We were charged for 3 days rental and “damages” totaling over €1100. Thank goodness I had proof of the scratch being there upon pickup and proof of the return parking slot with time and date stamp. This was the first time I used this rental company and it will definitely be the last. I do not trust them and I feel sorry for the next person that rents that vehicle as I’m sure they will get falsely blamed for the scratch as well.
Super disappointed
