Twice rented here and twice a bad experience. Both times they didn't have the car I had reserved, the first time they gave me a diesel and charged me 40 euro without telling me, so I only found out after the rental, when I didn't get my full deposit back. Second time they gave me a bigger car and I had to pay a higher deposit. The car also had damages that were not yet marked on the contract. The staff in the office are not friendly and unhelpful. Only thing good at this company was the lady who did the checkout. She was absolutely great. But I'm never renting here again.

Worst experience ever!!! They were trying to charge for everything and of course I refuse to accept those conditions and ran immediately to a bigger and more experienced car rental supplier (SIXT). Don't waste your money and your time with this scam companies, save a few bucks for a very bad experience doesn't worth it.

!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst car rental experience in my life! It starts cheap but you will pay more in the end. The use scare tactics to sale you their extra insurance and other features at check-in. They charged me 120 euros extra on fees exchange, and it took more than a month and 3 written complaints to refund me the car deposit I had in my credit card. This is unacceptable.

The quality of the service of the staff was very poor. I arrive a hour and a half before to pick up the car and I was told that I could get the car earlier but paying an insurance that was around the same amount of the car rental. While returning the car (5 hours before the contract expired)I remember that I forgot to refill the gas tank and they didn’t let me fill it. I consider there is bad faith in the staff and they take advantage of everything to charge you more.

The car type I booked wasn`t available at the desk so I was offered a "free" upgrade. As I received a diesel car and, once I returned the vehicle, I realised they charged me 17 EUR for the diesel extra. Let`s say a "mistake" by the guy at the desk. I called the customer support, they ensured me I could get the refund requesting it through the website. I have placed the claim and answer was: no sorry, the contract you signed says diesel (yes, also my bad I didn`t check carefully the contract at the desk). I also got charged for additional 18 EUR that, after enquiry to their customer support (including sending my bank statement as proof) didn`t bother to reply or justify. In summary (based on multiple booking experiences at Madrid airport): non-transparent fees, bad customer support and service at the desk, non-existing customer-focused mind-set. They got my 17 EUR extra, but they lost a client for good.
