They helped me really well to get a forgotten phone back. In this (Covid-19) time it took a while though, to get the right phone number.
We were given the car 30 minutes earlier without anyone saying we also had to bring it 30 minutes earlier. As a result we were charged for a whole day for 30m delay even though the return hour was within contract limits. We complained at the contact service but they refused our request of refund. This was clearly a fraud case as we didnt get alerted about the contract changes due to earlier pick up.
Will put sneaky extra insurance policies onto your rental. Please double-check everything they give you! They seemed nice, but are only out to rip you off. Do not trust them!
HERTZ Clerk, Miguel, found any way to overcharge even thought we had an ONLINE RSVP already made. He found any excuse to state why they didn't have the car from "we couldn't contact you" (Even though they have NO phone number listed on the contract for their end) to "wer're still cleaning them, etc."...after HOURSE wasted and in an effort to leave to make it to Basque country before it got dark we settled. Come to find out...they HAD out car(s) there the WHOLE time, no one was cleaning them or servicing them. You want THIEVES...THIS IS the place to find them! Nothing boiled my blood more than disrespect as a customer and human when you attempt to lie and coerce one for your own monetary gain.
Careful! These people are real thieves. They have charged my credit card FOUR times the same charges. DO NOT USE this company.
