I had a great experience here. I didn't give it a 5 because I was 30 minutes early and had to pay 25 euros to get another car or wait but then the nice rep said it was an upgrade and better choice since I was travelling far. The same rep was there when I dropped off, I wish I asked him for his name he was very kind and helpful. When I got back my phone stopped working and he gave me easy directions to get home using the bus and metro! Also thanks to the upgrade my rental car had a GPS and I was able to get to to my destination and back home. Everything worked out.

This place is a scam!... Watch out for the hidden charges on the fuel policies... They'll give you a very cheap reservation and then they'll ask you to either pre-pay full tank (for "only" 90 euros) or full-full policy with a "small" administrative non-refundable charge of 66+21%iva = almost 80 euros... something like this with such an unclear policy (specially because you find out the prices when you get to the counter) is a scam!

Very malicious company. They do whatever they can to charge you the extra cost of the insurance. Also they ask for a lot of questrions (where do you live, your email, job, where do you go, what places will you visit...). VERY SUSPICIOUS. I will need to check my credit card bill to make sure they do not charge extra costs in the coming weeks...

Used rentalcars.com to rent a car (Fiat 500) with Firefly. The first and last time I’ll rent a car with Firefly. 1. At pick-up, the staff was very unfriendly. Not sure if this was because I booked via rentalcars.com. 2. Further, I had to pay a penalty of 40 Euros because I picked up the car an hour “too early”. 3. At drop-off, i had to wait an hour to return the car because only 1 person was working. That poor women was totally over-worked and said that yesterday the waiting situation was even worse. Another employee arrived, however, she said that “my shift has not started yet”, even though at least 5 people were waiting to return their cars. Overall, it was a very stressful situation for us because we almost missed our flight due to the delay.
