Had to wait a bit as the office was closed despite my reservation. Cars are lockated just in the back of the office.

Good experience. The treatment has been friendly, fast and they have given us a higher-end car by not having the car we asked for. The car is new and everything has been perfect!

They have deceived me. Rent a car at the Atocha-Madrid station and after a week of returning it they send me a charge of 350 euros for a grated car. We returned the car in perfect condition and as the employee was leaving I did not verify it and left it in the mailbox. This year I had rented 7-8 times but you stole from me. I suppose you should care little about it but it is not a way of treating to the clients. You didn't tell me anymore ...
