Building with a rectangular solid brick plan, consisting of lower floors with arcades, first floor and attic with the classic row of arches. It comes, due to its structure, from the 17th-18th centuries. In the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, the City Council was wandering, they even got to use dependencies of the old hospital in the same square as a place of plenary sessions (What is now the Gayarre Casino). This old house remained for a long time unaltered in its structure and internal distribution. At the end of the XIX it was reformed internally as a consequence of its collapse. In the sixties it underwent works again adapting its internal distribution. A few years ago the two shields on the façade were replaced since they were totally eroded. A last interior reform has adapted its distribution to the current needs of an administrative building.
