Car rental company, very fast delivery and 1st vans
I rented a van for a few hours and the price was very competitive, about 35 + VAT, with the commitment to return the van in the afternoon, a few kilometers closed and with the spare fuel I was supposed to return all the deposit charged, my surprise was that the 35 + VAT had become the next day at € 85, I called to protest and I was told that it had been a mistake when typing in the tpv, however they only completed the refund up to € 52, one € 8 more than They promised with the excuse that I had not replaced the diesel, which was not correct and that I showed them by sending them the ticket. It is not a lot of money and yet it means that you think they want to tease you first with an incorrect refund and then with the fuel charge, so the score I give them.
