Very bad experience!
I received a car that needed servicing just after receving it, although I had rented it long term.
I returned it to get another car, that turned out to have a problem with the battery.
Almost never answer the phone

Horrible!!
Staff are friendly but it often takes an hour or more to get your car. Lots of folks are booking through agencies and the information does not always get transferred over correctly. Recommend that you book directly as we had no issues and our check in only took a few minutes. I wish they would let those that booked directly with them go first so that the line would move faster and then take care of the folks that have reservation issues.
It has to be said that these guys are heavily understaffed. Took over an hour to get a car. Despite all this, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I wish them an extra computer and colleague.
In the end, service was nice. But everyone had to wait over 1 hour to get their turn. Even with the AC on it was hot af inside. Smoothness of pick-up could be improved.
Best expérience ever thanks to Monica the nicest hertz agent I’ve ever met and highly competent she managed to find a solution even if the period of time was very busy and I had no reservation. Again Thank you Monica and keep on going
