SCAM ALERT!!!! NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! This location subscribes to all the scams that you will read from other reviewers. You will get overcharged and a negative experience. I am a regular Goldcar customer. I take many precautions to prevent any issues as I'm well versed with renting tactics. The last two times I have rented from here I need to have additional scratches added to the checkout list, check-out milage on the vehicle (the last time was an 800Km adjustment), and most recently I received a 2% exchange mark-up on the 1,400 Euro deposit (not returned). And this last time, I went to pick my car up at 7:30 and the office was closed, despite the posted hours of 9PM. I have had decent experiences at other locations. Not here.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! We booked a car for 21 days from Valencia station. On picking up the vehicle we were told we had to pay a mandatory full insurance the the hire period was over 20 days (funny that) that we definitely didn't want and was way more than half the cost of the entire booking. When I attempted to make a booking for the same type of car and period via their web site there was no such requirement. Also the hire had a limit of 160 Kms per day. Not many companies still do limited mileage. This company came up cheaper in the aggregation web sites but proved far more expensive in reality.

Avoid this car rental at all costs! They're utterly crooked (at least the young man named Alessandro). You believe you'll make a good deal when you look at their price online, but then at the office they charge you multiple "options". And this is not the end of it: when you return the car with the tank full they still manage to debit money from your account once you're gone! Instead of this wicked company, choose a well-established one like Sixt or Europcar for instance. Altogether you'll pay much less and you'll have no bad surprise.

We got a booking with them, and when we arrived at the office it was already closed. It was before 8, and their website says it closes at 9. Being able to contact them it's harder than seeing an unicorn, so after calling and calling it was imposible to contact them. No info with timetables on the office, no emergency contact number... And even they got out number they didn't even try to call us before closing before time. Totally unprofessional

Travelers beware. Please read this before renting from Goldcar!! They will place a cheap cost online. The cost of my online rental (Seat, Ibiza) was 26€. What you will not know unless you carefully read and take your time searching for in the “terms and conditions” with small prints is that when you go pick it up they will: -They will charge you for the location of the vehicle—in my case 25 euros -They will require you to purchase their insurance of 80 something euros or deposit 1,100 euros as a colateral. I paid their insurance. -They will require you to deposit 70 euros for gas (which later they will return it). By the time I took the car with me I paid 200 euros for the vehicle. It messed up my budget. Please be careful if you rent from this place!
