Do not recommend at all! Tourist rip off!!! They want you to upgrade to more expensive insurance and if you do not take it they will claim a damage after returning they car like they did to us. Choose definitely a different car rental or no car rental at all if not 100% needed. Taxis and Cabify (spanish Uber) will be probably cheaper than the rental car itself if you stay in Valencia and will also save you time and stress with Sixt!

Negative stars are too much for this place. Always take a video and pictures when dealing with this place. They will without a doubt try to cheat you so be cautious when selecting this company. The staff are the worst I’ve ever seen. One man harassed my partner and wasted 5 hours of our time when we had video proof. Every time something he accused us of was disproven he threw on another charge. It was obvious he was trying to steal money from us. He even tried to delete our video by grabbing the phone. Again, I can’t emphasize enough to use a different company. If you do use them, take videos of car, the underneath of the car, the inside, and make sure that everything is in the glove box. They often will remove the antena from the car, so when you return the car it is a 300€ fine. I would suggest taking pictures as well to protect yourself. If you use them take all precautions.

Competent and efficient. I really appreciated the English speaking desk clerk who helped me. Vehicle selection and rental rates were acceptable.

They made me pay more than agreed and didn't pay me back the ticket from the car park. Disgusting.
