I have rented with Budget several times and have never had a problem with picking cars up, dropping cars off, or being charged unjustly. They are more expensive than some of the other car hire companies (if you book in advance; when booking the day prior to pickup, the prices seem to be comparable) that are nearby. However, two of those 'cheap' companies have charged me: -one for something I expressly stated I did not want. -one for something, as yet, unknown Maybe one day Budget will provide a nasty bite, but I feel confident hiring from Budget and hesitate when making a reservation with some of the other companies. I have had good experiences with some of the other companies in the area.

We received great fast service and hospitality from the staff, and we also got upgraded. The car was new and clean, and we had no problems at all. Will definitely rent a car at their place again :)

English speaking anda friendly personnel.You may need some time because of queue - come a bit in advance before your booking.

We rented a VW Polo for a 2 day trip down south to Denia. Had zero problems picking up the car and returning it. Quick service and zero BS from any of the staff! Will rent again soon

Busy place. Friendly and professional staff. Need better signage to point people to the cars.
