If you go to the desk and it is closed, walk to the far end of the car park. The other office is located in the Southeast corner of the lot. The young man was kind and efficient, and I was out of the train station in 10 minutes. The Jaguar F-Type SUV had been sanitized and loaded with options, making for a memorable ride to Madrid. Thank you!

I have never had such a bad experience with a rent a car company. They stole 200€ from our account alleging that a wheel reparing kit was into the car when we rent it and it wasn´t there when we brought it back, They also charged 27€ for a WIFI service that we never requested for and of course they also stole 2 pairs of sunglasses that we forgot into the car. I can´t believe what this people is willing to do. I hope that company closes soon and stop cheatting people. Get away from there, our experience was in Enterprise Joaquín Sorolla Valencia. Never again!

Great service! Polite, thorough, quick, and very reasonable prices especially if you book online through priceline. They were thorough and even found a water bottle we accidentally left in the car for us before we accidentally left without it. Couldn't ask for better at a car rental service.

I would give this company five syars but the phone number i ring never answers,and i tried many times.But other than that the staff were honest and nice,and they credited my deposited my money back in my account in front of me twice.
