Horrible the worst
Scam. Fraud. Shameful. Don't get close to this company. I have been scammed over 500 euros. They are fully aware of this but "do not want to pay" because they disagree with the work done after it has been done and delivered. Literally embarrassing. For your money, don't trust "ARVAL".
Make you waste time miserably.
It took two hours for them to authorize a tire change, and their platform has no way to authorize or deny it.
