My qualification is for the Rural House owned by this town hall. We went and the hot water heater was broken, which is why we left it the next day when we were going to be several days in principle. It is a beautiful house, with good views, but it is totally neglected. The entrance door and the windows without insulating, entered cold. The 2 sunken lounge sofas, very uncomfortable, had to be changed long ago. Some plugs did not work. We slept in the bedroom on the first floor and the old metal bed frame was one of those that sink in the middle. After making a complaint for the great disgust, the city council returned less than half of what we had paid. I think the inconvenience of everything I said was to return the full money and also a written apology from the municipal official. I guess it will remain just as bad as they have not given the importance to the claim I expected.
