Phenomenal service! The company provided me with practically a brand new and upgraded vehicle, clearly explained all the terms and conditions in both English and Spanish, and personally accompanied me during the pre-trip inspection of the vehicle to properly note any damages. I was most impressed by the high degree of their courtesy and professionalism. My only wish is that their American counterparts would learn and adopt the same level of service. I reserved a 4x4 Nissian SUV which seemed a little too good to be true at 136euro for five days. Well, that's because it ended up being an Opal with front wheel drive only. The attendant said there are no vehicles there with 4x4. Nice. The person at the counter was nice enough, though she spoke zero English so communication was a bit difficult. My mediocre Spanish got us through it and I just had to take the car or leave it (not sure if a refund was possible). Upon delivering the car, it was a bit of a mess in itself as there was no parking left in the lot and the office closed at 2pm that day. The day after, I get an email billing me for an additional 26 euro for fuel though I returned the car with more than I should have. The said 3/4 tank it was over 3/4 so now I'm wasting my time emailing customer service for a refund of my money and writing one star reviews on Google. Oh, and it's hard to find the office. If you're still going to rent from them, go upstairs in the train station, make a right, and walk into Eurocar Rentals instead. Forget Enterprise.

Actually quite difficult to find. Don't follow Google maps, you need to go into the station and up to the 3rd floor. If you do make the mistake if booking with enterprise here, bear in mind that if you're a bit late they won't contact you to confirm, they'll just cancel your booking and not be at all apologetic or helpful in finding an alternative.

Hello, on December 28, 2020 at 12:01 I picked up a van that I rented through your company Entreprise at the Abando train station in Bilbao. The next day, December 29 at 12:25 p.m. I left it parked in the public parking lot of the same station as instructed. I went to the office counter inside the station and handed over the key and the parking ticket. It seemed strange to me that no one came with me to check the vehicle but they told me that it worked like that, that they would look at it. The people with whom I have dealt with this and on other occasions there are super friendly, for the record. The inspection of the vehicle was carried out at 5:00 p.m. that day, more than 5 hours later. Surprise when the next day. On the 30th, I receive a charge on my card without prior notice, or a call to explain, amounting to € 276. When I call to find out, it is impossible for them to pick up the phone. After many calls, I get a transfer from a 900 and they explain to me in the office that one of the mirrors has a hole and hence the charge. I physically go to the office and they show me photos and they also treat me super friendly, but they don't give me any solution. I ask for clarification of how the card is charged without prior notice and I ask them how they can be sure that this damage has been done during the time that the van has been me or in the time that it has been parked in the public parking lot from delivery to review, but the only solution they give me is to complain. I have made a couple of internal complaints, also a couple through OCU, but the call center tells me that they should answer me, but the answer does not arrive, so I decide to notify the rest of the users. If I have done damage to the van, I am willing to submerge it, but if you are not 100% sure of it because the vehicle reception process has not been carried out properly, I think that the customer should be given a different response. Of course, charging such a high amount on someone's card without prior notice also ... it could be the balance that someone has in the account to pay their mortgage, their children's school or whatever. Impossible to talk to them on the phone, after several calls and even calls to the central. After approaching the office to verify if the car has isofix and showing the proposal via the reservation website to the worker, I verify that the price has doubled an hour after leaving the branch.
