For the sideburns worker at Bilbao's Abando station, I have been a Europcar customer for more than 8 years and have booked at europcar about 50 times. I have run into you 3 times in abandonment and 3 times you have treated me badly and I have received bad answers from you. If I were your boss, you would not be working in my company, the three times you have assisted me, you have made inappropriate and arrogant comments. For me to come here to write this, believe me it is because you have really given terrible attention and very very out of place. REGRETTABLE
Very bad management, I have been waiting for the return of the deposit for 2 days, to collect well they charge before picking up the vehicle and above you call them and they do not pick up the phone
Good vehicle, and speed of paperwork, everything you want when you rent a car.
