Ignored these reviews and got stung! I have rented cars monthly worldwide for the last few years and first time had anything like this, I always knew to avoid Goldcar but this company is Goldcar with a new shiny name. They operate their business in a careless abhorrent way, using scam tactics to extract the hard earned money of people investing in their economy. The only way as consumers we can get revenge is to totally avoid using companies such as this as you have such a high chance of returning from your trip with more stress than when you left. I was told they would hold almost 300EUR as a “fuel and damage deposit” but found out later that this wasn’t the case and it was in fact a way to sneak in extra charges that I even disagreed to verbally. Avoid at all costs.

Cheated us, took for car 230€, instead of 40€. We returned with no damage, full tank and in time. Never asked or agreed to buy insurance. Not answering on email, no phone mentioned to call and did not sent any invoice. We took car in May 2019. Worst company ever!

Extra charges snuck in...poor spec on car... would worry if not on full coverage insurance...this is Goldcar btw

Use these guys if you want to put your kids lives in danger. Notice that you can’t email or get them on the phone ever. 🤔

Called we would be earlier than expected and that was not a problem, but when we arrived 4 hours before the pickup time "the message didn't come through". We had to pay €130 extra or had to wait 4 hours.
