The staff was helpful but it took some time to get a refund of the deposit on my card so I was worried they would keep it (that would not have happened if I had take the extra insurance with them). You may end up paying more than you previously expected for insurance and there is the tank of gasoline which they charge a little extra. Due to covid, they have strange hours and I have seen some people waiting for the office to open like 40 mins as I think they don't have enough staff.
New, clean car - was better than ordered for no extra. Friendly staff, quick deposit return. Not pushy on insurance.
Ask to inspect car before signing for no damage, and do your homework before hand.

The people were helpful and professional. The price was good. There was none of the 'monkey business' car hire companies normally give. I will use Firefly again and recommend to friends
