It was the worst rental experience I've ever had! In October I booked and prepaid (rentalcars) a comfortable car with automatic transmission for New Year's holidays. I with my pregnant wife were going to move more than 2 000 kilometers in 10 days by this car and hoped to do it in comfort. And when We got to the rental service on 30 December they said just "Sorry, we don't have a comfortable car for you with automatic transmission. But you can rent the car which you need in another service (placed in 50 meters), I asked they have one." Ok, I canceled my reservation and went to another service. And what the result? they gave me the price of 1500 euros for the car!!! It is 3 times more than the price of my reservation! I can't pay such money for the car! Thank you Europcar and Rentalcars for your "amazing" service and my spoiled holidays and mood!!!

Good. Took quite a while to process the booking on arrival (always amazes me how long car hire companies take re-entering information you've already given at booking) but the staff were helpful and friendly. Not pushy on trying to up-sell and took 'no' for an answer straight away. Be aware that the depot is just off the airport site (2 mins walk) NOT in the arrivals hall itself. Walk out of arrivals and round the corner of the multistory car park and you will see it with the others on the roundabout

I had a great experience with renting a car from them, until later I have seen a charge of 39 euros on my card. I called them they said the tank was not full. I argued that it wasn't or at least when I have returned the car and one of the employees has checked the car and said everything was fine. They said after a while that the charge was a mistake and they would refund me sometimes this week. Otherwise, the experience was rather positive. I have looked at the other reviews and noticed that someone was charged 39 euros as well. Sadly, there are not that many options other than this company. Or if there is they're rated about the same as this one.

Office situated a short walk outside airport, very straightforward rental pick up and return helpful pleasant staff
